My Weekend #2

Hey everyone
I thought I would share my weekend antics with you all, I didnt do that much but I took some photos for you all!

I went to see The Hunger Games Catching Fire on Friday, it was amazing and I would defianatly recommend it if you haven't already seen it! I personally thought it was better than the first one and the first one was really good. I also got a honeycomb hot chocolate before I went in and my friends got normal hot chocolates!

                  Jumper ~ H&M
                  Scarf ~ My mums

On Saturday I went for a walk with my Mum and Dad. Usually I don't like walks but I actually quite enjoyed it, I think I must have been in a Christmassy mood or something!

On Sunday I went shopping with my Mum, I finally bought a new much needed winter coat after a lot of deliberation! I must have tried on about 20 coats, but every single one was too long ( I hate being so small ). My mum still needs to tack in the coat I got! I will show it in a future outfit post very soon!
Thank you for reading,

Shopping In Charity Shops ♡ Tips

Hello everyone,
I have recently got into shopping in charity shops, you can find so many good bargains. So I thought I would share my tips with you so we can all find fabulous bargains!

1} Okay so my first tip is to be open minded when you go into a charity shop. There is no point going in thinking you won't find anything because you probably won't if you think like that.

2} This point kind of contradict the first point, but I think it's also good to not have your mind set on something you are going to find. So if you walked in and were set on finding a tartan scarf or a denim jacket and you didn't find either of them, you are going to be really put off and may not be bothered to go into any more charity shops, as you feel dis-heartened.

3} Tip number 3 is to not look at something as it looks on the hanger. It sounds really stupid but try and imagine it with other items you own or what it would actually look like on you.

4} I sometimes find that things in charity shops can be quite overpriced for what they are especially seen as they are second handed. I tend to not pay anything over £4 unless its something really special.

5} My final tip is to have a proper look through everything before you leave the shop as you never know what gem could be hiding in the corner.

I know sometimes it can be quite daunting at first, I have had a lot of weird looks off people, but it's all for a good cause because everything is going to charity which is a massive positive! So even if when you get home you realise you don't like what you bought it probably didn't cost that much and the money would have gone to a charity anyway!

I hoped you enjoyed this chatty post and if you have anymore tips leave then in the  comments so we can all have a nosey!

♡ Vintage Patterns ♡

Hello everyone,

                Shirt ~ Charity Shop
           Jumper ~ Vintage Shop
         Leggings ~ Next
       Necklaces ~ Accesorize & Pandora

I wore this outfit on Saturday, I was orginally just wearing the shirt but I got cold so I added this jumper and I actually really like them both together. I love outfits that you can wear leggings with because they are just so comfy. Also I just have to mention my hair, it looks so cute but I think it's a love, hate kind of hair style!
